Our three day cleanse is perfect for juicers wanting to reset and give the digestive system a break. The WaterHole 3 day detoxes the body and offers deep cleansings properties. This cleanse is for you!  The cleanse consists of five 16oz delicious organic juices daily, one 16oz tonic and one 16oz coconut water daily we recommend drinking every couple hours. There are a few helpful tips to ensure that you maximize mineral absorption. Avoid alcoholic beverages, caffeine, and solid/cooked foods. Before Cleanse. 

Preparing your mind/body for cleansing is important. Two to three days prior to starting your cleanse, you will find it beneficial and less of a shock to your system to start eating more plant-  based foods.
